The general public is becoming increasingly interested in animal welfare.
A 2017 Ifop survey revealed that 80% of French people are concerned about animal welfare and that 70% of respondents would like to have more information about the products they consume. Initiatives in the animal sectors are multiplying and the stakes are high for brands, processors and producer groups alike who must now: provide consumers with a straightforward reading grid; share findings to improve transparency; (re) create consumer trust; and promote breeders and their ethical practices to the general public. Taking welfare actions and raising welfare awareness is a current general concern.
How can you implement your projects more quickly and demonstrate your pro-activeness to consumers?
The aim of our workshop is to enable those involved in the animal sector to share feedback and to present stakeholder reflections and innovative digital solutions to help you consider your next steps and implement your projects as quickly as possible. We will present our Applifarm Animal Welfare platform during the workshop. You can use our comprehensive platform to gather data, manage your field audits, monitor your animal welfare method over time and share your data with consumers using blockchain at a GS1 standard. Please feel welcome to come and exchange your views on animal welfare and treatment. Register for our workshop on Tuesday 26 March 2019 at the Village by CA Paris on the main www.applifarm.io website (click on the Applifarm logo on the top left-hand-side).
We're looking forward to meeting you!
